Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the India via multiple courier tie-ups available to us. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options we choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Your assistance will be required for road permits that are required to some destinations.

Returns Policy

1)    Incase of wrong/unacceptable material sent  to you.

You may return new & unopened items within 15 working days for a full refund or replacement.   

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).Return after 15 days not warranty any refund.  

2)    Incase of complaints for items used and opened, a complaint form needs to be filled and mailed to us at contactus@mmdental.com or faxed at  91-22-30402000        .

We will review the complaint and take appropriate action for replacement to your account as per direction / rules and regulations of the parent company ad suggestion of their QC and administration office.  Decisions will be conveyed to you in writing.

3)    Near Expiry products (3 months from date of Expiry) will not be exchanged or replaced.

The final decision of acceptance of the returns and complaints lies with M&M Dental Associates.
